Loose Park

Loose Park covers around 75 acres / 30 hectares and remains one of the most glorious parks in Kansas City. Linda Hall Library Arboretum

This tranquil, half-century-old arboretum is located next to the university grounds and extends across 14 acres / 6 hectares of tree-shaded land. In addition to almost 500 trees and over 150 varieties, Kansas City's Linda Hall Library Arboretum also features a rose garden and a vibrant display of shrubs, flowers and seasonal butterflies.

Penn Valley Park

Swope Park

Swope Park is Kansas City's largest park and was opened in the late 19th century.
